Cancellation Policy
No Refunds. All sales are FINAL at the time of booking. Late/Rescheduling Appointments: (I do allow late times of 15 min before it’s considered a missed appointment) I do allow grace periods for late times/and or rescheduling . If you know that you are going to be late, or you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment with me, you are responsible for contacting me directly via email/phone and you are able to reschedule your original appointment for a later time/day without additional costs. No Shows/Missed Appointment are non-refundable. My booking policy is place to protect and secure both myself and my clients time. So if you are late, again your able to contact me and we can we reschedule at no additional cost. However, if I don’t receive any form of contact or confirmation within the time frame, the appointment is marked as a missed appointment and refunds are not available!
